Hosted by Exhibition Curator and Head of Collections at the Sainsbury Centre Calvin Winner, this symposium sees speakers respond to Elisabeth Frink: Humans and Other Animals, reappraising her work 25 years since her death, reflecting on the major themes in her work and the context of her times. 

Speakers include Jo Baring, director of The Ingram Collection; Arie Hartog, director of the Gerhard- Marcks-Haus in Bremen; Melanie Veasey, PhD candidate at Loughborough University researching post-war British sculpture; and Annette Ratuszniak, Curator, Frink Estate and Archive.
