Global East Anglia: Sculpting Identity focuses on photographs of East Anglia’s public sculpture and monuments related to the history of international trade, exploration and coastal communities.
This exhibition treats the photographic collection as objects, imitating the ritual of visiting these sculptures and monuments in their original context. This assists in emphasizing the artistic revival of the fishing community and pays homage to the rich heritage of East Anglia.
The photographs on display are part of a digital database of public monuments collated by Richard and Sarah Cocke.
